Included

Board positions, submitted orders, public negotiation selected for the record, compulsion proposals, rebuttals and rulings, plus the relevant final adjudication result when available.

Excluded

System prompts, tool traces, hidden reasoning, private dossiers, model configuration details that would compromise the study, and raw experiment files.
